I work there, so I'm possibly a bit biased, but it's a beautiful office with lots of amenities. I enjoy giving tours to friends from out of town and they seem to like them :) .
The Microsoft Store was one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. It's a real shame they're closing most of them down due to apparent issues with the execution of the concept because they seem to have got it right in recent years. The staff are fully committed to helping you with whatever you need help with instead of trying to sell you something, there are little perks for customers that I haven't found elsewhere (like water and coffee for those receiving support at the answer desk) and the more open design of the store makes it easy to navigate without any claustrophobic feeling (compare this to Apple, whose stores have the grid of tables that I think clutter the space). I was looking forward to coming back this winter to buy the new Xbox but I guess online will have to do.
These guys are great. They do their best to help with issues that they really don’t have to. Not only that they do it in a nice friendly way with humility not with an attitude of intellectual snobbery. They’ve been helping us for some years with one of their products (surface 3)that we didn’t even buy there. You guys are the best. Keep up the good work. Very much appreciated.

This Microsoft store is right smack downtown and in the same building as their brand new corporate office its in the tower above Nordstrom etc so it's like a flagship store I guess they had some good deals (see pic) but I ended up finding better deal on Lenovo Canada site. Also the deal they had for the Lenovo y520 8gb laptop expired before my payday so had to fish out better going deal. They don't have payment plans. And zero financing but some real good deals especially around holidays and back to school season (sales Rep confirmed) so great to check out all the staff are extremely knowledgeable except if you have specific questions like about azure cloud services even the azure cloud services support for paid client don't know anything lol they will tell you to restart or reboot typical Microsoft support you know.
The Microsoft store far exceeds my expectations of what consumer electronics store can be. I’m astounded at how well I have been treated at this store. I had purchased a surface pro and a year later dropped the pen and broke the nib. The store not only helped me replace the nib, they also have me a complementary pack of tips! Thanks! On a recent visit Christmas shopping the store had complimentary sparking water / coffee / tea and free gift wrapping. While for the most part I use Apple products, Microsoft’s service is defiantly winning me over.
Excellent service today from Sandra, she was extremely informative, friendly and patient. Great experience purchasing my new laptop and accessories. Would highly recommend!
