I super love coming in the early hours of the morning it's very peaceful and I think the prices are fair for today's inflation. The owners are really nice people and I feel like they do the best they can with the location being in ghettodale.

Friendly, professional, and eco-friendly. I also like the way they press my pants.
Could use some remodeling and cleaning up. Some washers and dryers unavailable because they were broken. There is two coin machines there, one is broken. All washers and dryers are coin operated. No choice to use debit or credit cards in case you were wondering.
It's clean and there's a bathroom and change machine. The machines are well maintained and they have large capacity options. Laundromats have gotten expensive! But got a king size comforter nice and clean. Other than that, there are NO amenities for entertainment. Although they do have WiFi... So bring your device.
Love this place they are so nice it's so many apartment complexes around here but it's too expensive to wash and dry I can go there spin 350 and I washed and dried if they're machines mess up in any kind of way they refund your money on the spot thank you Miss Mimi
This is a dump! Don't trust 4.0 score Cockroaches in the bathroom, machines are filthy, no attendant on duty, machines take your money and don't wash. If us realized right away just how gross this really was if have left right away. Dryers take extra time to get clothes dry. I saved NO money by using this laundromat. I'll go back to wash world and pay extra for a clean environment. This was so disappointing.
Absolutely love this place and I send everyone here! Quality work every single time!!
In April 2017 (last week from today's date), there was an incident of a temporarily lost prom skirt (a 2-piece dress). Even though the owner found it later that day and offered to not charge her, the customer said she already bought another dress and demanded 500 for it. What she did not say to her friends, (apparently as other two reviews show), was that the owner did write her the 500 check, and there is a proof. The dress was reimbursed, perhaps 200 extra, as other two reviewers revealed the real price. Yet, the customer took the found skirt and never came back with the receipt as she promised she would the next day. So now she has two prom dresses and 500. The owner did her best to resolve the issue. As a bystander, I rate Mimi's five-star for excellent customer service. Business people make mistakes, sure, but I think I would question if those two one-star reviews are well-deserving.
