Excellent Service that I have had the privilege to enjoy during 5 years living in Vancouver. It has allowed me to have the type / size of vehicle for any occasion/needs at a wonderful rate, being able to choose for instance, when moving once (had a medium size moving truck), SUV for supermarket for a big shopping and I could write more positive experiences but do not have space here. I want to express that I was reading some of the previous reviews because was impressed about the current rating here on google and to be honest, do not agree with the negative and low rating, mostly not really fair judgment. Thank you Modo. Keep doing great!

Don’t go with Modo, they don’t value their customers and enforce all kinds of absurd fees to steal your money such as a monthly fee of 6 for not putting down a hefty 500 deposit. They charge by the time and km which is insane. Go with Evo, stay away from these crooks.
They make it extremely challenging to get your 500 share back. I followed up for months and even at the end, I still had to keep following up to get my money back. It was a good service when I used it but this poor customer service really ruined my experience
The est time cost in the app doesn't match to the actual value and is misleading, in my case 303.75 against 439.75. The customer reps keep on changing at every email and they don't know what they are talking about, they just keep on sending email templates.
I was shocked to see so many low reviews for Modo. I've been a co-op member and user for 5 years now, and have had nothin but good experiences using it. My only complaint is that the Android app can be difficult to use sometimes. But cars are generally available when I need them, and the rates are reasonable, much cheaper than Evo for longer trips where I don't need point-to-point transportation. The availability of different types of vehicles (moving vans!) also makes it really convenient to do more than just get around.
You cant get your 500 member fee, MODO cars are very inside and out. Modo members care less about you (next driver) you can find rear seats with dirty paws all over the leather seats, if you go out on Saturday your white skirt will be all in dirt. The you can find 9 out of 10 times rear seats folded and if you don't unfold it the next driver will blame you for everything and take photos then they report you and you pay charges tomorrow. There is always someone reports you for the things Modo should do, always! if you can drive EVO don't even bother with Modo it is only a HEADACHE!
The prices are misleading! An extremely unprofessional customer service!! They charge you for random and unreasonable things They take 90 days to pay your 500 back when you decide to leave!! Decided to buy a car instead!
