2/26 - EDITED TO ADD MORE recent incompetence. I have tried to pay my bill for 3 weeks. I've called many times. Wasted literal hours of my time. Went and talked to someone at the corporate office cuz no one could be reached on the phone. You are the absolute worst. I call and the system explains I have a zero balance and a credit of x dollars. I try to access the website and I show a zero balance. Today I logged in to try and pay again. and I see my account is terminated due to no payment. 2/26/21 - Now I show an 800 credit, no bill, no invoice. I call to get help and nothing gets fixed. I emailed you guys 3 times. NOTHING!!! What the F@# is this company run by Monkey's on typewriters. I hate you SO MUCH! You make my heart hurts!

I would no dobut be a healthier man if it was not for Molina Insurance. They cause monthly stresses by billing incompetence and not applying payments. All I see are credits and 0 balances. No one on calls solves the issue. I even contacted my broker, who got a supervisor on phone, and not only didnt get back to me, also did not fix problem.. Molina do not respond by telling me to email member services. I have. You don't reply. Contact me and solve this.

Wish I could give it a zero. Never get anything right. Get a primary care doctor set up then they change it. Very fustrating !! Most of the time can't get a live person on the phone. I saw other replies to comments saying to email, that is not customer service. I'm sure I could say for everyone email is not contacting a person. This is ridiculous !!!

If I could go lower I would. I got this insurance because we were in a spot financially and its a nightmare. I try to pay for it and nowhere says how much I owe or by when. And I call and im waiting for hours. Like I don't want my insurance canceled cuz I missed the payment by 3 dollars. So frustrating. Literally would choose anyone else at this point.

Can't even talk to a person on the phone to see if I still have insurance. A robot tells me my name and details about when I signed up and that's it. I need to know if I still have insurance or not, I've been trying for MONTHS.
