Went to ship a package and have them print a shipping label. Owner looked at me as if I were high and said they won't print a shipping label. I explained it is a service Canada post offers and it is posted on their website. She didn't believe me so I showed her canadapost.ca. She looked puzzled and decided to simply turn down the service and say they don't have the technology to print it as a computer and printer lurks in the background. She then suggested I would send them malware through an email and destroy their systems. At this point I just walked away. Would not recommend shipping from this location. Campus location is much friendlier.

I shipped an item up to an associate by Express Post, and lost the receipt with the tracking number. I called Thomas, and gave him the date I mailed the item out 3 weeks ago, and the postal code. He was able to pull up the tracking number, and even tracked the item down. GREAT HELP!
Very bad customer service, the owner not caring about his customers at all. I have used their services many times and every time I go there I hoped for a better services but they get worse and worse. I think Canada post (as they have post office) should ask them for a better customer services and better services generally. Very disappointed.
the rudest store owner ever. I called about then sending me a wrong notice about a package that I had already picked up. He insisted that he couldn't help me and that I had to come in to check, even though I had picked the package up already. On top of that, he asked me to call later, knowing that the store would be closed. Pretty terrible
I have mostly used Mollie’s as my local Canada Post office for the last 14 years, but I have also occasionally purchased greeting cards and trinket gifts from them. The staff are always friendly and efficient.
