They didn't give us correct info about the child benefits and also they made some mistake with our surname in the Birth certificate. We are new to the country, but I think when they are into this field for years they must have appropriate info about things, I can only say like they must be more careful with things when serving people with such important things. Now again I have to spend about 71 to make changes in my child's birth certificate
