The whole experience was smooth and 1st Class. Dealt with Oliver at the beginning prior to booking. He was extremely flexible on the explaining the course content. I received my pre material in time and was able to get signed up and familiar with the system. Wade was the lead instructor and very compassionate about the material and content. Wade was very humble with respect to his knowledge and experience. His delivery is calm and detailed. He is very patient and methodical when instructing and explaining. Wade was very open to “STUPID” questions and never looked surprised when asked to clarify something. Wade took the time to ensure you were comfortable and clear before moving on. He was so professional and genuine. The best ADULT learning experience I have encountered. I instruct in a different field and learned a bunch from him. The most comfortable environment for so much information. Didn’t get the feeling of being overwhelmed with new information, even though I should have. Wade just calmly assisted and observed.
