I bought a Herrnhuter star direct from Germany, and needed the light, and later some spare parts. I wish I had bought the star directly from MyBrilliantStar in the first place. (As an aside, Herrnhuter in Germany doesn't take credit cards, so had to get a friend to wire Herrnhuter money...then the shipment got stuck in Toronto for more than a month awaiting customs/CanadaPost inspection, meaning I missed getting the star hung for the full Christmas season). The MyBrilliantStar team was quite friendly, very quick with processing orders, and saved me so much hassle (vs. dealing directly with the manufacturer).
