The brand new facility, tech based features, cleanliness are really great, but the excellent customer service was what really stood out. Nikita is a dream - she was friendly, knowledgable, efficient and went above and beyond. The entire experience was wonderful, and definitely what makes NationWide different than the others. Also the reception office smells like a relaxation spa!

I've been slowly moving my items into my storage unit over the past two months. Nationwide has been great as the staff are friendly and helpful. This place and my unit are spotless! Cleaner than a hospital!

In LOVEEE with our new storage locker in Vancouver could not be anymore happier!! quick sign up, super friendly employee's and the place is absolutely spotless. I loved that they sanitized everything like the carts and everything before we used them which is super important to us. Carrie and Nico were great!!
Very helpful and very friendly. The place itself is very clean so it's inviting and makes me feel better about having my belongings there. I of course ask millions of questions and Nikita was happy to answer all of them.
Couldn’t be happier with my storage I have with these guys the storage is the cleanest facility I have have vet been too and the whole thing is controlled by an app on your phone which I have never seen before. Very high tech storage here. I am very impressed with the customer service I received from when I came to when I got the storage these guys are just great people. Nico and Carrie proved that you can actually teach a old dog new tricks you can tell they care a lot and was very patient with me teaching me how to do everything which I am very grateful for!! I recommend this storage to anyone who needs storage with good people and good promotions.
