I hadn't heard of NextGen Mobile previously and was sent here by a Bell Customer Service Rep to get a new phone that was unavailable in their standalone store. I am so grateful that they did! This was the best customer service experience I could have asked for. Sunny was so helpful and friendly, eft his break early to attend to me, and got me the best deals possible. He made all the offers clear and easy to understand and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my phone upgrade. I'll be definitely be coming to NextGen Mobile for all my future mobile needs! Thank you, Sunny!

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a phone and getting a phone plan. I know that seems a bit over the top, but Sunny at NextGen Mobile, seems to really know his stuff, was incredibly friendly, even when I initially told him I was just shopping around. He found a rate that Bell offers that I didn't even know what available from looking at their site. I assumed I'd be going back to Freedom Mobile for the 3rd time in my life, mostly because phone plans in Canada are brutal. When I came back, Sunny was talking to another person who said pretty much the same thing to me. He was incredibly helpful with picking out the options. I probably would have gone with Freedom otherwise. Sunny was honest an upfront, about the various plans, and seems to want to find the best deal for his customers. Honestly great experience. I wasn't in much of a rush, so I let him help out some elderly folks who were having trouble understanding their phone plans they had recently purchased, he was also really patient with them and seemed interested in making sure that everything was working well, encouraged them to come back at the end of the month if there were any issues that might pop up with their bills.
