Ordered one of the chemises from NK Imode. After looking at the size chart, I wasn't sure which size to get because I could have been a small or medium based on different measurements. I sent a message to the concierge and I quickly got a message back from Diana! She chatted through the options with me on-line. In the end I decided on the medium, for the bust size fit and am thrilled with the fit. The quality of the item is very high, luxury item but worth it in my opinion.

I recently purchased a couple of nightgowns/slips from their website and they shipped right away. They have the best customer service, even including a handwritten note, and following up with a personal email. I previously had purchased one of their slips at the Brooklyn Fox, and wore it all the time, for five or six years, before I decided I should replace it. These are high quality, durable items that look and feel great. It feels extra great to buy from an awesome small business.

I got a black long gown with an intricate white lace detail. The silk was an amazing quality- felt very nice and warm on skin. From ordering, packaging and receiving the product, the whole customer experience was amazing. It is definitely my favourite lingerie product by far.
