Sergiy is fantastic! He was great at communicating and exceeded my expectations of service. His pricing is reasonable and he was able to fix our dryer easily and quickly. This guy is a friendly, honest hard worker!!! I'd recommend him to everyone. He showed up exactly when he said he would - even texted to confirm the night before and when he was about 15-20mins away. Don't hesitate - this is the guy to hire.
If you are having issues with your washer or dryer, this is the repair services you want. I can't stress enough how efficient and effective this man was. He was great over the phone and scheduled my repair for 10 A.M. the following day. He came at exactly 10 A.M. and was done within an hour. I was able to go back to work before lunch, even though I live in Vancouver and work in West Vancouver. Appliance repair service!
I highly recommend this service. Sergey responds very quickly and tells you exactly when he comes. He fixed our oven 3 months ago and he willingly came back this week (twice!) when we had additional problems. It turned out that this was because of an unrelated issue with the oven door. Sergey figured it out and did not charge us any additional fees. Very kind, reliable and responsible repairman. Thank you!
Sergey is a great appliance repair technician. It was difficult to understand him when I called, but after reading all the reviews I decided to give him a try anyway. When he arrived, his experienced showed right away, he knew exactly what he was doing and was able to determine which part needed to be replaced on my Kenmore dryer. My dyer is as good as new now, thanks to him. All at a reasonable price. I suggest to call this guy if you need appliance repairs in Vancouver area.
Sergiy was nothing short of amazing - noticed the washer was full of water and not spinning/ operating. Googled "appliance repair" and this popped up with lots of good reviews. Called, and Sergiy picked up saying he would call /text me right after he was done current job. Sent him picture of the washer/dryer model, and he said he would be there shortly. Knew exactly what the problem is due to his immense experience, and fixed it in no time with spare part he knew he needed. Friendly, fast - will definitely use Sergiy again - thanks Sergiy!
Be careful contacting companies like these, since they don't exactly have hired people working for them and they are just a third party company that basically list a bunch of phone numbers and get a commission out of it and they’re only known for the two hundred and something questionable google reviews. The technician who came over was very knowledgable and professional. However, I realized that I was dealing with him directly and not through an organization or company. He charged 218.0 (excluding part cost and taxes) for replacing a stove switch which took him 5 minutes. I had no way of verifying that that is actually how much he should charge for that service. Don't be fooled by the 99.95 estimation on the website!
