I bought a nice pair of cycling shoes here earlier this summer. For that they deserve a four. The same shoes eyelet started to tear out. I took them in for warranty. They told me that the distributor would no longer deal with them. I would have to retrieve the shoes & deal directly with their distributor. I went over to get the shoes my next day off. They gave me the phone number of the distributor & I called. The rep at the distributor could not understand why the dealer would not take care of a simple warranty issue. The shoes have been returned & the only issue I could find was that they are too cheap to pay the freight for the return. I will purchase Giro shoes again. Just not from this company.
Bought 2 pairs of bib cycling shorts. Hard to find this quality product in Covid times. Great customer service from Sean
Super helpful staff and decent selection of helmets. Nearly (and wish I could've) bought here but I found something that fit just a bit better than the selection they had for a little cheaper and in a colour I rather. Still, would go back here first for any biking needs - thanks guys!!
Stopped in one day to buy some YNOT pedal straps and now it's my go to bike shop. The guys there are gems and helped me rebuild a poorly assembled fixie from the ground up.
Nice guys, great to chat with, and offered good gear for good prices. Always check this place out when I need something new as they carry brands often not seen at other shops; like Abus.

I want to give these guys a better review, I really do. I want to support local small businesses. The employee who helped me was super helpful and accommodating, trying to help me find cycling shoes that fit. I wore them at home a few days and they were uncomfortable and returned them with no problems. Then I ordered a pair that would fit, because they didn't have them in stock. I went back two weeks later, made a special trip down there all the way out from Poco, and they weren't in yet. A month later I call and no answer. I left a message and no one got back to me. At this point I will just buy the shoes online (likely for cheaper too). I'm just glad I never left them with any money like some of the other reviewers on here. I guess they are so busy it doesn't really matter to them. Kind of a bummer.
