The case manager is called Janet Dizon is kindly like high pressure sales, she just want everybody go through all training classes , this is to cover her ass in later time you can't get job and it is just use for her convenience, and the way she talk is not very friendly and nice. my conclusion is she has not passion and soul to her job.
