There is not a more qualified company out there to retrofit your existing business or even design and supply lights on new projects or remodels. They actually design to your needs and only include the actual lights you need. They understand and utilize the incentive processes in multiple states. Also, they only use lights from known reputable manufacturers like Cree. Too many other companies use unknown brands made in China that may offer a 10 year warranty--but likely won't be in business in 3 years--so what good is that warranty? We have used them on over 75 projects with tremendous results.

We hired Pacific Energy Concepts in the fall of 2013 for our commercial office build out. Prior to the overhaul, the space had been lit with high intensity lights that cost a fortune to operate and provided miserable lighting. Keith's team walked us through our options, worked within our budget, and provided 3-dimensional models to help us envision the finished space. Even better, they handled all of the Energy Trust rebates on our behalf, resulting in a significant savings (half of the project was paid for with rebates). As a result, our electricity bills have plummeted, my team is happier with the new lighting, and the space gets rave reviews from visitors. One of the things that has impressed me most after living in this space (4000sq ft) is that the lighting is configured in such a way that it's only placed where needed. I now see the tremendous benefit of pre-planning and 3-D modelling. Without this approach, most lighting contractors are just guessing at how much light is needed and where it should be placed. Our system is like Goldie Locks: not too bright, not too dim...it's just RIGHT. Thanks, Pacific Energy Concepts for a job well-done!
