Great experience with this family-run business. I called to request a locksmith to fix a mailbox lock. Pearl, who answered the call, was absolutely lovely and interested in my problem. She advised me to buy a lock and change it myself, saving quite a bit of money. I came to their office to get the lock (easy parking!) and got a detailed instruction from Tony on how to handle the job - he even assembled the lock for me and offered to "swing by" at no cost if I encountered any problems. Dealing with Pacific Lock made an annoying task much simpler.
Friendly, honest and knowledgeable small business owners. Simply went in to get a lock rekeyed (after losing the originals) and while it was only 18 the cost of the keys to get this done, they were straight forward with saying it would be cheaper to just buy a new one (it was a cheap model to start with) from the hardware store. I prefer to support the little guy however. Also only took 5 minutes, easy!
Pacific Lock and Safe has been in our Rolodex for well over 10 years. I can't imagine going anywhere else. This is the place to go if you enjoy great customer service, people in the know and leaving with a smile on your face.

There are quality people in this world, this business has them with care and attention that will make anyone's day picking a lock or purchasing a proper safe. It's a shame quality people are becoming more far and few between.
