I have brought my computer to these guys twice. Both times had a good experience. In my last visit my computer unfortunately would have cost more to repair than buy a new one but the team managed to get all my files and data off my completely dead computer, recommended a new machine and then transferred onto my new computer. Super time and cost efficient in their work, also communicated effectively throughout the process. Hopefully I dont need them again anytime soon - but if i do, will definitely be back.

Larry and Gregory worked hard to find a solution to my dysfunctioning computer, while their inventory was impacted early in the pandemic. Larry explained the potential solutions, and tried different options, after conferring with me. In the end, I came away with a working machine. I love how reliable these guys are, and how dedicated they are to finding solutions. No, not everything can be resolved, and if not, they are willing to suggest reasonable alternatives. Their willingness to help is comforting. I feel fortunate that this business is in our neighbourhood.

I was having a problem with my smartphone. Even the techies at London Drugs couldn't figure it out. It was a LD customer who suggested PC Galore. So I brought my phone down to the small office/workshop and after a few minutes he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Then, when I asked him what I owed, he just waved his hand. All in all a very happy experience.
