They doesn’t care about your well-being/wellness. All they just wants your money. Dr sent me to several specialists but didn’t get good results as expected. They failed to provide accurate results and told me to redo in which means paying more medical bills. I did my part but they didn’t provide what I needed. I asked for a simple letter, they told me to come back for an appt instead of sending me a letter - clearly, they just want to suck my pocket rather than satisfied my basic health needs.

The reason for the 2 points instead of a lower core is due to the great staff, but during a recent visit to the ER, I was disgusted with the cleanliness of this medical facility. And this is not the first time I’ve been to this ER and found these conditions. No wonder there is a spread of infection when the floors haven’t been cleaned in who knows when. Shame on you PeaceHealth for not setting higher standards that protect your patients and your staff from infection especially in the middle of a pandemic!!

Had my pre-op covid test and got lost trying to find the lab. I walked too far and was out of breath because of my bad heart and they gave me a wheel chair took me to my test and then wheeled me out all the way to my car in the parking lot. You can’t find such compassionate people just anywhere. Thank you so much.

I had hernia surgery and it went very well. The staff was very friendly and competent. The surgeon did a wonderful job. The nurses were excellent and caring. Instructions for before and after surgery were well done. I received a call from a nurse inquiring about my condition and I could report that I had no pain and minimal discomfort.
