Having a horrible experience with Pedal heads! I was told a week ago that one of my son's classes was cancelled and we can call or respond to their email to get a refund or credid. One week later and three emails and three phone messages later I still cannot get a respons to apply the credit to another class however that class has since filled up. I was also on hold for 90 mins and finally gave up. At this point I just want a refund! Classes are great but the customer service is horrific. How is it that hard to reach customea return call?
