Best clam chowder in BC. I've searched many many restaurants in BC for the perfect clam chowder and this place truly takes the cake. Perfectly seasoned, silky smooth. Aside from that, their main courses are fantastic. The gravy served with the potatoes is unlike any I've ever had. Spectacular. We just ordered dinner for tomorrow night for takeout because of the pandemic closing restaurants for a month. Can't wait!

By chance I discovered pink peppercorn seafood restaurant so I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. The food was excellent. Every dish was well executed and the portion sizes are very generous. Yes their entrees are on the higher price side but I had a lunch left over for the next day. We ordered the calamari and mussels appetizers to start and had the salmon Wellington and sable fish (special feature of the day) as our entrees. The calamari was fried crispy with a thin coating, but was still tender. The mussels were nicely flavoured and juicy. The broth was great for dipping your bread in. The salmon Wellington was cooked to a medium. The pasty was flakey and flavourful. The chef really got the timing of this dish down to a science, which is impressive. One thing I didn’t get was the sauce that came with it. It tasted like a sweeten browned butter concoction, which I find didn’t go well with the salmon. The sable fish was very tender, fatty and nicely seared. All the waiters were super friendly and chatty, which helps you relax and enjoy your meal. They were also attentive to your water glass and soft drink refills. The restaurant decor is very down to earth and very cozy. Definitely a good choice for dates as well as intimate family dinners. They have clean crispy table linens which I appreciate since not many restaurants in this city do them anymore. Overall we had a great time and will definitely go back again for dinner!

Delicious food. This place is low key, but they do everything right. One of the better seafood places I have tried in the city. Highly recommend. Nice Staff and a good menu. Price is resonable, but on the higher end simply because it is high quality seafood. So expect Seafood prices. Will return.

Recently found out about this gem of a restaurant. Started with the Lobster bisque and the appetizer special of grilled Digby scallops. Moved on to the Seafood linguine and the Salmon wellington. Large portions, both of us brought at least half of our mains home. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about their menu. We'll be back!

This is my go-to place for a quality seafood meal. The service is top notch and portions are generous! The restaurant itself is very cozy and I love going here for birthdays or special occasions. Their lobster oil is mouthwatering. I could probably drink it because it’s that good. The warm papaya shrimp salad was delightful. The peppercorn in the dressing gave it a nice kick. The shrimp was juicy and cooked perfectly! The mussels were also delicious. I love the white wine garlic sauce it was in. The sable fish was so buttery and paired amazingly with the lemon butter sauce. I also tried the chef’s special of the day which was the halibut in a tarragon sauce. Loved the addition of mushrooms and shrimp to this dish! The salmon wellington is also a classic and you can never go wrong on this choice. Thanks Eddy and team for an exquisite dining experience!

Consistently good food with excellent service. This was our second visit and loved every bite and felt warm and pampered with the cosy atmosphere. Suggestion: you make good steaks and a wonderful salmon wellington...how about a beef wellington for is non seafood eaters. A must visit place if you want good food without the pretentiousness.
