Super easy to organize move in and move out with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not the cheapest option out there but the convenience of having my belongings safe and sound, and centrally located was great. Definitely would recommend!!
Over priced, hidden costs (mandatory insurance posing as optional, late fees if you don't pay before a certain time of the month), no security in the back entrance seeing how a group of people are constantly throwing garbage everywhere and it gets cleaned up a few days later, bathrooms are disgusting, and unsolicited emails asking me to rate them (here it is). And the reason for the 2 star is rude management who thinks acting like a child and giving unwarranted attitude is a proper way to communicate. Moving my business somewhere else.
