I hope I can give 0 star to this company, worst delivery service I have ever seen. I live at UBC but have to go 10 kilometers away to pick up my parcel. What a shame of this company. Why do you waste your time coming to my home and simply leave a delivery notice instead of my parcel? You also waste my time! This company should be punished for poor service

If I could give an f'n zero stars, I would. Everything from being 5 days late, to mangling the packaging, damaging the products, and having a website and a tracking system that are horrendous to use.

Business to Business- 15 days trying to contact them. Chat does not work, the phone just auto hangs up. Delivered to the wrong address, while the correct address was provided to them before they even supposedly got the package. I called and talked with an agent finally, and they say \ yes- all is good\ - what we found out later is that all is good- was only that way because their online and internal tracking systems are not working and are not syncing at all-- DO not believe what you see on their tracking website. a time sensitive 2000 business product lost on the other side of the country- great delivery service.

Had a similar experience where I was waiting for a package all day and they left an attempted delivery note without buzzing or calling to my number, when days before, I received 2 packages from Purolator right at my apt door with no issues. They sent it to this facility, which is far from my place, with office hours, making it extremely hard for me to go pick it up. (Not to mention that the package was huge and heavy to commute with, even by cab) I contacted them explaining the situation and requesting a redelivery. It took a couple of days, but I finally got my package at my door. The people helping me were both polite and helpful, I just wish that (most) of the delivery guys didn't just leave a note clamming the receiver was unavailable, when there was no actual effort whatsoever to contact or notify that the package has arrived.

They don't want to deliver my tv because my road is partially closed on one side. My road is supposed to be closed all year. And they won't drop it at the post office . I have no idea when I will get my package.
