This was my first home renovation experience, and I couldn't be more glad I went with Matin and Quay Construction. They took what is arguably a very stressful ordeal and turned it into an extremely fulfilling experience. The owner works very closely with you and will work with any budget, to give you the home you want. Quay was able to take our budget and turn our old apartment into a luxury style home without the luxury prices. Their team is very fast, very responsive and professional. Any small detail that you want to work in, they're more than happy to accommodate, and the options you're able to choose from for design are seemingly limitless. I'll definitely be going with Quay Construction again in the future for any home remodelling needs. Thank you for everything.

I'm very happy with the results of the work done by Matin and his team at Quay Construction. I had a short timeline with limited hours the building would allow work to be performed, but they got it done. Matin was extremely responsive, cooperative, and committed to making sure that I was happy with the work. The work I had done was painting, floor replacement, minor demo, electrical, addition of an interior window, and repair of previous tenant damage. It looks like an entirely different place than it was.

Quay Construction transformed an old, tired suite in disrepair, into a clean, light, modern, dream suite complete with new fixtures, appliances and window coverings. Absolutely everything in the suite was changed, in addition to dry wall work for closets and kitchen cut out, and concrete deck repair. Matin worked with us to achieve our vision within our budget and in record time - the work was completed in 2 weeks. Unanticipated costs encountered were within reason and presented to me for prior approval. There were no surprises. Matin worked closely and cooperatively with the condo representatives and inspectors to ensure the work went smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend Matin and his company Quay Construction. In fact, I have retained his company for another project!
