I am so pleased with how everything turned out! I had 2 old rings from my grandmother that I didn't quite love cause of the old settings. I took them in to Ragnar Jewellers to to be redesigned them into 2 new rings and a pair of stud earrings and love how they turned out!

Always an event to visit Ragnar's. The staff are lovely and the service is excellent and timely (sometimes before expected!) Beautiful designs, a fun vibe and wonderful quality.

Really nice designs for the jewellery - both traditional and not so traditional. I had excellent service when I went in during the sale. I wasn't going to make a big purchase and sometimes in a shop that sells expensive items that means that you don't get the best service, but that certainly wasn't the case. The salesperson spent time listening to what I wanted and helped me to find something of excellent quality within my budget. He explained what made one item more expensive than the others and helped me find the item that was the best value for the price I was able to pay without pressuring me. I've had a similar experience on several occasions and that's one thing that keeps me coming back.

I lost an earring that I had just purchased from Ragnar two years ago. I noted that in my appointment booking, so when I got there, they already had a deal written up giving me slightly larger diamond earrings. They bought back the one that I had purchased previously, less a estocking\ fee. I was in and out of there in less than thirty minutes with shiny new, beautiful earrings for essentially the same price that I would have paid to replace one. They also cleaned all my jewellery while I was there. The service was excellent.

I’ve been going to Ragnar for over 20 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are not pushy at all. I’ve received superior service, sound advice and beautiful treasures. Their selection of jewelry has something for everyone! And I always walk away with something! Getting engaged? Great selection of diamond rings! Marking an event? Lots of Gold and gemstones! Right now they have a HUGE sapphire ring to die for. Check it out before you buy elsewhere!
