From director to all the workers, the people there are very nice, patience in helping seniors. There is joy in their service. Very personal pampering is great. I learn first hand when I bought my dad to the senior centre. Their program start at 10am to 2pm. That involved free time for to relax, social, reading etc. Instructional exercises, song singing, inspirational games to challenge their brains. Plus dietary balance lunch. This is an opportunity for senior to get out of their home each week. Handy-Dart pickup service would be provided. Best free service for seniors. My parents resisted this service for a long time. My dad have gained his freedom away from home. No more nagging from my mom during senior community gathering for the day.
