Cheap snowboard rentals. Not the best quality but for the price, it’s totally worth it. Some of my friends got new snowboards and some didn’t. Everything worked out fine in the end so I would recommend this place.

Great staff, awesome setting, easily accessible, and awesome unbeatable rental pricing. Highly recommend it
Friendly, fast, affordable and in a convenient location. A bit hard to find, tucked away on the fourth floor of a nice old building. The elevator is pretty interesting too!
I booked equipment with specific details through their website and received a confirmation email the day before going to the hill. After the frustration of trying to find parking in downtown Vancouver and locating the unmarked building, they had no record of my reservation nor board suitable for my taller-than-average friend. We were late hitting the slopes as a result.
I don’t wanna recommend this shop. The clothes was very poor quality and smell so bad. My boyfriend felt stressful cos even gloves smell so bad. When I return this equipment , they answer after 2times and they make us wait in the entrance. I complain to the Japanese girl staff about the condition of all set of clothes, she said”sorry” And then “bye” after 1-2mins. I feel so frustrated.
The staff were nice, and these are the cheapest board rentals in the lower mainland, but unfortunately, a lot of the equipment was pretty dated. Some of the boots and bindings look to be over 10 years old and some of the ski boots I saw on the wall looked ancient (although maybe they were a decoration or something). Also the goggles we rented were pretty scratched up and fogged for no reason. The other issue is convenience, if you're renting gear downtown, but don't quite live nearby you have to keep in mind that the rental is 24 hours, and the store is only open 8-5 meaning that if you want to return gear at the end of the day, you have to leave the hill early or show up early the next day in the morning. Also the late fees are 5 an hour. If you're planning a day trip to a bunny hill and are on a really tight budget, this might be an option, but you're already spending 80(plus) dollars on a lift ticket, you're better off getting some decent rentals at the hill.
Poor quality of boots and snowboards (broken binding) and wrong billing. When we wanted to return everything the next day, the office was closed until 9:15am, altough it should have been open at 8. There was a queue of twenty people outside waiting. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.
Found this place via Google search. Called ahead to arrange ski rentals for my family but had a difficult time communicating with the person over the phone. Upon arrival they hardly had anything in this one tiny little room from ski or snowboard prospectiveand what they had looked like it was 15 yrs old and super dirty. Person greeting us at the door seemed surprised to see anyone knock on the door. It seemed as if the guy lived in this one room .. clothes everywhere with empty alcohol bottles. My family and I couldn’t believe what this place was like. I don’t know who other 26 reviewers are for this place but I caution you it is not what it is advertised. I recommend you stay away. This is a scam. Don
