I appreciate the reply to 'Website stated it was open and doing business yet still upon arrival the place looked completely abandoned with no reply to this day after leaving a voice message asking for a return call.' I am a contractor. I can tell you with absolute certainty it was the right location and that I arrived at 3pm using Google maps on a Monday to the exact address of 1181 Grant Street, Vancouver. The place was shut. Now I do realize that it is by appointment only NOW and the fact still remains that I did leave a message on the company voice while sitting at your business door but still, optics are optics. In any case I ended up finding 4500 sqf of 3/4 hardwood someplace else. I do appreciate your reply to my original post

Lee and his team did a great job with our hardwoods. I asked 4 different companies for quotes and only got 2, Lee was the only one of the two who actually showed up on site and measured and answered questions. The whole process was as expected, but well done, and on time. I would recommend Restoration Hardwood Floors without hesitation.

Moving to a “new” home and a very neglected floor, Frank worked several minor miracles - finish, colour, attention to detail, etc - this man is awesome.
