Amazing instructors, music and atmosphere. This spin studio is one of the most challenging and pushes you to your limits. Love the studio especially in Yaletown.

I have been going to spin classes for only a short time, the last year or so. The best teacher I have ever had is Brooke Roth. She is kind and professional. The client service team led by Hartman are equally as professional and accommodating. They make the post covid world a better place.
I have been going to this location since 2016. I love it very much. They offer a lot of class times that are very early and late, so I can schedule it before or after work. I love their theme rides. The atmosphere and lighting is amazing during class. The instructors know how to motivate and push you. The only complaint is that the women's washroom is a little small. I wish there was another stall and/or another shower to use. Also, please use earplugs as the music is very loud. If you go often, please protect your ears.
Loved the class and the instructor. The class was high energy and it flew by. Great cardio workout for sure if that's what you're looking for. The studio is very new and modern and located in a great location. Parking can be challenging, so I would recommend going earlier so you're not late. Otherwise, this place is fantastic! It is expensive, so be ready to pay up for a good class.
So glad I finally got the chance to give this place a proper try. Best vibes in the city, and hands down the most experienced instructors! Big love for Molly!
