I called to find a product for my wife called We Love Eyes for an eye issue she has. The guy on the phone was very friendly and told me when I could come in. When I got there the owner was so helpful and able to give advice on the best use for the cleaner. Very nice place to visit, welcoming and friendly

I called to see if they were open. The staff was very polite and told me due to Covid they were taking appointments only. I set an appointment for the next morning. I arrived before they opened and was so happy to watch their commitment to cleaning the store. Not only did I see them wipe every surface and tool down, they also went outside and did the door handles. Then when my appointment was over they disinfected all of the glasses I touched and wiped down the areas I visited. So happy to see people participating in our community's safety.

Sheena and the staff at R&B were so incredibly accommodating throughout the entire experience. They have a great selection of frames that caters to all, and offer you thoughtful recommendations. I usually hate buying new glasses but they were very patient and warm, and made it a fun occasion. Not going anywhere else from now on.

First time at store. Since turning 50, eyes have changed and required progressive lenses for work. Had excellent service by Sheena. She had a better idea what frames would look good on me than I did. Decided to also get prescription sunglasses. Sheena offered some creative suggestions. I am very pleased with both glasses. Instead of progressives, Sheena suggested lenses with boost which was less expensive. Had never heard of that but so happy that I did. I always like to support smaller stores over large franchises. Excellent customer service and both glasses were ready under 2 weeks. Thank you

The staff at this store are amazing. I went in for an adjustment before Christmas and Lorraine was so nice. She helped me out even though I didn't get my glasses from them and when I offered to pay she said that they take donations for children's hospital for little jobs. She answered all of my questions about glasses and contacts in a way I have not experienced before. The fact that she took the time to have a conversation with me and not pressure me into buying was so refreshing. When I need to I will definitely go back here.

My daughter needed glasses and her doctor said this store was the place we should go. I phoned to make an appointment, and was told that one wasn't needed. When we got there, we had the help of a very nice lady with red hair. She talked to me about all of the choices and helped us pick glasses. The price was very good and my daughter was happy.

No respect for the customers! I want to write a response to Julius Chow’s review and the reply from Roberts & Brown. Since childhood, we’re being told we should say sorry to the others even we accidentally hurt someone or break something. That’s the basic manner! From telephone conversations to their written reply, I notice the staff there would not simply say “ I’m sorry “ to their customer. When they called me in the first place, they said “ Unfortunately your frame is broken, but you signed the waiver.” Not to mention if you read their reply, there’s not a SINGLE WORD saying they’re sorry. They only said they’re upset( in an insincere way). That’s all! I want to tell the truth about the solutions they offered: 1. They said I can bring another frame to them. I confronted them “ what if you break it again?” They answered me “there’s no guarantee.” How can I have the confidence to give them another pair if you were me? 2. The one they chose for temporary use. They said only if I bought a new frame from them. I can use it, otherwise, I need to pay 40. And they said that’s the only option! No other colours, no other choices! So if I take that, I’m being forced to buy something I don’t like. 3. Then the last solution is got a new frame from them, or pay for the part they broke on my own cost. I guess that’s their ultimate goal— push the customers to spend more money in their shop! Why don’t you tell me in the beginning you don’t change lenses? You must buy from us! Actually they deserve to receive no stars if I can rate them this way!

To be quite frank nobody had told me about that until I had come in the second time. In 12ish years she has broken her glasses twice and for something that I was told that would be replaced if they got broke to just bring all the pieces back yes I do expect for them to be replaced! So educate your staff better on what’s included and what’s not. What doesn’t make any sense is where I got the understanding that if my child’s glasses were broken that they would be replaced as long as all pieces were returned. I got that because I was told that and didn’t just dream it up. What pushed me over the edge was that her glasses were pushed aside and she’s been without glasses because you forgot about it. We had been loyal customers for all of Chloe’s glasses needs and Chloe enjoyed coming in and seeing the ladies.
