Absolutely amazing!!! I got my skates today and I am super pleased. The packaging was beautiful done! It came in time 4 business days. The skates are smooth like butter. If you skate then this is easy to get used to. I am simply happy! Can't wait for spring to get out!!! Thank you!!!

Like a lot of people during the pandemic I decided to get into roller skating for the first time last spring. Bought my first pair of skates from RollerGirl (Rio Milkshakes) and had a lot of fun learning the basics. Just bought my second pair (Moxi Beach Bunny) now that I know it's a hobby I want to stick with and couldn't be happier! Every interaction I've had with the staff at RollerGirl has been so friendly and helpful, and each of their orders are packed with a special guide to skating that includes tips and tricks for caring for your skates. Wow. Ordering online with RollerGirl was a total breeze. Their email replies were so quick and friendly, and they helped me with sizing when I wasn't sure what to order. I'll admit, I was skeptical of the size they suggested, but when I got home from curbside pick-up the skates fit just right! I would definitely recommend supporting their business, and I really look forward to visiting the shop once it re-opens. Excited that they were such a big part of my new roller skating journey :)
This shop is literally a one-stop shop for skaters and is the only place I'll go for my wheely needs. All the staff I've dealt with have been nothing but totally helpful, really informative and friendly. In our current pandemic, their store isn't open to the public but their website and curb side pickup service is perfect. From buying my first pair of Moxi skates to having some repairs done, my experience has been nothing less than perfection and I'm incredibly grateful. Great people doing great things and your skate community appreciates each and every one of you.
Very quick email responses and was able to pick up my order within a few days !! Can’t wait for the pandemic to be over so I can visit the store in person !! They also adjust all the wheels before you even pick them up which is so helpful for beginners like me ! Thanks so much Roller Girl !
