It was great to get a phone call within 5 minutes of asking for information. Tracey was positive and listened to the needs and preferences for my father. I was then provided with information based on his personal needs with pictures, pricing and amenities. Fantastic service!

I am incredibly grateful to the folks at SeniorsZen for making is so easy to locate the perfect retirement home for my mother. I had a very short time frame within which to locate a home and SeniorsZen sent emails to all possible homes in the geographic area where my mother was interested in living. The sales reps at each home then contacted me within about 30 minutes and by end of day I had appointments booked to visit each home. This one stop shopping for retirement homes is a fabulous service! My mother is currently settled in her new home. Thanks so much!

The staff was very understanding, competent and thorough. I was able to book a mutually convenient site visit with another staff for the coming Wednesday. Looking forward to this experience.

I recently received a call from someone at SeniorsZen after sending an email inquiry to a seniors home in Nanaimo. The woman I spoke to was extremely helpful, providing me with information on several seniors homes in the area for my mother, as well as the one I had initially been inquiring about. She also gave me some great tips on looking for the right home. She gathered information from me and sent my mothers information to all the homes I was interested in. I heard back from all of them within the same day. I found this service extremely helpful and would highly recommend them to anyone.

SeniorsZen was very prompt and effective in responding to my email. Within the same day I received a call from the retirement residence I was considering for my mom. I visited the residence and was very impressed with what they had to offer. After lengthy discussion with Mom and family, we have decided that Mom is not ready for this move and would prefer extra help in her present location.
