While it may very well be a great place to live, being right next to Van Deusen gardens, it looks stark and bleak, almost wartime. The concrete could use a clean, and the adjoining lake is a little stagnant, almost swampy. Look at the pictures for yourself, and you decide: Modern architecture a la 70's or wartime bunker?
