I’m not sure why this store is rated at 4.9 My experience was really bad yesterday. Me and my husband drove from PoCo to purchase a pair of rollerblades for me. When we came to the entrance the door was closed and there was only one customer in front of us. The associate opened the door and spoke to that customer. Right after he closed the door in front of us without even acknowledging our presence or saying “Sorry guys, will be with you shortly”. This is probably how much he hates his job and people to behave this way. We left right away. I know what I’m talking about cause I manage retail store with the same rating and was doing it all the time through the pandemic with enormous foot traffic. I’ll give my business to Amazon instead. To the owner/manager: please invest into the staff training a bit more.
