I'm writing this review on behalf of not only my-self but the company I work for. I work as a office manager for a investment firm and my boss gave me the unique job of getting custom etched glass whiskey bottles done up for one of our clients. From the moment I emailed Sigil & Growler I was taken care of and they instructed me on the entire process and even went out of their way to find the perfect glass bottle to fit the theme I was looking for. They etched my own label that I had designed perfectly on to the bottles and all 24 bottles were done in 7 days. The whole process was seamless! A big shout out to Tarlan who I emailed back and forth with and answered my many questions and was always so quick to respond!

Great communication from Tarlan from start to finish, tweaked our design multiple times upon request with speed and efficiency. Accommodated a Saturday pickup even though they were officially closed. Extremely pleased with the end product, we will definitely use Sigil & Growler again and would highly recommend them.

I'm on the fence about what to say. My online order apparently never made it to the etching team. After a good amount of time I enquired about my status of my growler. Tarlan apologized an promptly offered a discount on my next order. A week later I was told I could pickup my order on the Thursday. I came in Friday only to find that the growler was not even etched, and was asked to wait 20 minutes while they completed the etching. What happened to Thursday? Felt unprofessional. The etching seemed weak possibly because it was rushed. The design was as ordered. So do I order a discounted growler and update my review on my second experience? We'll see.
