Don't pass this place by! They are amazing. Sam at Siri Auto Glass goes well above and beyond all expectations! My daughter is a UBC student living in residence, and tomorrow is move out day, and she also happens to have a 10 hr drive home through the mountains. She went to get her car to start loading up for the move, only to find that some lowlife smashed her passenger window in. She drives an old Ford, so when we called all the usual franchise places, we were just told "sorry, no parts will be available for at least a week". But then we found Sam, who actually cared about our situation, dropped everything on his plate, made some calls and found us a used window, and then installed it for her!! Only a few hours later, she's as good as new and on her way. And the price was so reasonable too! We can't say enough good things about the humanity and level of service here. All during this terrible pandemic too. Thank you so much Sam. You are our hero! The world needs more people like Sam and auto service places like this. Ten stars all the way!

Siri is fabulous. He replaced my 2016 Toyota RAV4 windshield the day after a huge crack from the cold developed. He had me come in at 8:40am today and by 10:40 I was on my way back home. Very professional, courteous and will help you to the best of his ability. My new windshield is perfect. Thank you, Siri. My family is very grateful.

My windshield was shattered when someone threw a brick on it while it was parked on the street. I was actually on my way to another shop that I heard on the radio. Got a quote and went since I just want to have my windshield fixed. My friend called me and asked me to try out Siri Auto Glass and he had said a lot of positive things about Siri. So I parked somewhere safe and made a call. Went straight to voicemail but after a few minutes, i got a call from Sam. Unfortunately, they were booked for the day but he gave me a great quote/price for my windshield replacement so I thought, it is worth the wait. I didn't even have to bring my car to their shop as they went to my place to fix it while I am at work. It only took them a couple of hours and the result was amazing! I would advise to call them first and get a quote so you'll know the difference before going to other shop. It's really a "big" difference, plus customer service is topnotch. Kudos to Sam and company and thank you very much!

I had a leak in my 2003 Matrix. Water was coming in and I had no idea where from. I called a few other places and most wanted 250 just to look at it, and would schedule me in in 2,3 weeks. I called Sam at Siri, and he got me in within 20 minutes. Within 2 minutes of arrival, he was pulling off interior panels, and getting into every nook and cranny of the car with a flashlight to find the leak. At the end he offered a staged approach to fixing the leak, starting with the application of an inexpensive sealant to see if that solved the problem. Kept me informed with the decision, and was great to deal with.

Overall my experience with Siri Auto Glass was excellent, their price was the best I could find and the service went above and beyond my expectations! Even though my replacement glass was not going to come in on time, they went out of their way to pick it up and install it so the repair would be finished within hours on the day I brought it in.
