The owner is one of the worst people I've came across in retail, and that's saying a lot. He says you can return shoes within 10 days but, APPARENTLY, if I've tried them on at home to see if they're comfortable, I cannot return them the VERY NEXT DAY as they are no longer in \pristine condition\. This guy is an dummy who should not be at the front of any business. Turns out, he sells shoes that have been returned and claims they are \brand new\ so that a new buyer cannot return them due to them being \worn\. What a joke.
