Had a wonderful experience working with Paul who is very patient and kind. I truly can’t say enough about Sofa So Good as a company. Their products are beautiful, top quality, and very well-priced, especially for a furniture store in the heart of Vancouver. The service I received was some of the best I’ve ever encountered. We bought a custom sofa with matching chair, as well as an ottoman. When I decided the matching chair didn’t work, Paul let me exchange it for two completely different chairs! He also let me exchange my ottoman and a couple pillows. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sofa So Good to anyone. They are good people with fantastic products! Here is a photo of my new living room:

We were delighted with the service we received from Paul with Sofa So Good. The fabric selection was enormous with great quality. The sectional delivered in a timely manner by careful movers. We asked for extra material after delivery to cover our ottoman and received it at a wonderful price. Highly recommend!

I purchased my new sectional Sofa from Sofa So Good and I absolutely LOVE it!!! Since I have a large open concept living room it was difficult to find a chesterfield that was large enough for my house. I did my research and I knew exactly what I was looking for in size and dimensions. I needed a sectional that was not only 12X12 but I wanted the option of having modular seating in order to move it into different configurations; or if I move I want to be able to customize to a new space. After searching for a while I visited Sofa So Good and they were able to design and crate my sofa to exactly my specifications. They also had an excellent selection of hundreds of fabrics. The staff were very friendly hands on and excellent in assisting every step of the way. Also I like the fact that they are owner operated and the furniture is all made and production is locally. Up to the date of delivery they were their to answer all my questions or concerns. Even the delivery service was excellent, clean and courteous. I am very happy with my new sectional sofa it looks amazing and every detail down to the feet were hand selected by me! Highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a new custom sofa to friends and family!
My husband and I were looking for a couch that was beautiful and comfortable and we came across this place. Believe me when I say we will never buy a couch from anywhere else. We were able to customize not only the couch but also the firmness of the cushions. There were some delays getting our couch due to COVID but I think they were more upset then we were. The delivery fee for the couch was waived due to the inconvenience. We're hopeful this couch will last us for years but we will be looking for any excuse to buy from here! So worth your time and money!
