So Awful! Denied my friends a room in the late hours of the night because he was "to tired", even though they paid already! there flight was delayed at no fault to them. I feel really bad for them being stuck in a foreign country with small children, and no place to go' out on the streets (all hotel rooms sold out city wide, I called around as far as Surrey). I would never trust or book these people! Wish I could give NO STAR!
