Excellent service. Prices and quotes are always provided ahead of time. My laptop was fixed over a holiday long weekend, well appreciated. Was welcomingly surprised there was no retainer or upfront charges to fix my laptop. Some other repair companies require a minimum 200 upfront fee, The Hackery is very fair with prices and service

Awesome place. They were able to replace the screen on my MacBook wonderfully. Staff is friendly and to the point. Price quotes were given before drop off. They luckily had a replacement part on hand and was able to fix my laptop within 3 days. Would definitely recommend!

Called about getting the RAM upgraded on my laptop. They didn’t have the part, but referred me to purchase it at a computer store (great price too!). They told me to bring it back afterwards and they would install it for free. Nice and easy and super fast. Amazing!
the guys here are extremely professional and helpful- the diagnosis is free and their pricing is so reasonable! saved me a ridiculous amount of money and managed to improve my ancient macbook. highly recommend.
