Typical Home Depot, lots of stuff, organized in a logical order. What makes this store a 5 star is the staff. Extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly people work here. Ready to answer questions or to help in any way they can!

Over the years I have been in a ton of Home Depots. Being an Atlanta resident for all the years I was, I visit with Home Depot more than Lowes. However, this particular Home Depot is less helpful and has more employees with attitude than any other I have visited. On this particular visit, I asked for help in the door know section. A person in Plumbing tried helping, but did not know the answer to my questions. He called for someone who worked there and they showed up 20 minutes later with their bad attitude in tow. I would advise going to a different Home Depot or going to Lowes.

The most organized HD I’ve ever been too. Plenty of staff to help. I was able to quickly navigate to grab the two items I needed with the assistance of associates. Specifically, from the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a man who told me exactly where I needed to go (and was actually right!). I’m not a contractor and don’t frequent the store often so it’s really helpful for me to have help around to guide me. Anyway, above average experience and would travel further for this specific store based on it.

We go to Home Depot all the time but we usually go to the other stores. And now I remember why. Customer service is terrible. No one available. No one knows anything. Excuses- they are busy this time of night ummmm.... the cashiers were empty so not sure where all the busy was happening.
