I was looking for a pair of running shoes of a particular brand called \on\. When I googled the only place that came up on top in Vancouver was \The RIGHT Shoe\. This is a large store on 4th avenue with two rooms. They sell running shoes, sandals, shoes and boots in one room and birkenstocks in the other room. The store had the running shoes but not in my size. So they ordered one for me and called a me in a couple of week's time. And I got my shoes. I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. I was happy with the service I got.
I am posting this on a friends phone, i dont have internet or a smart phone, Overall i was unhappy with my experience, the side door for customers with appointments opened outward without warning...upon entering the salesman showed little interest in my concerns about fit. He was interested only is selling me shoes rather then fitting me. I wont shop there again. Wish i could give zero stars.
I was in here looking for some boots for the winter coming. Had been searching all over the city to find the right fit for me with no success. My feet are really narrow and it's hard to find the right fit. Colin in store was really patient with me and went through over 8 options until he patiently found the right shoe ;) Thanks Colin! Will definitely be back in the future to make another purchase.
They sent two dirty shoes that looked like someone had worn. I once they said it was a mistake, so I went over. But second, they sent back dirty shoes again. I think they sent it on purpose. Be careful if you use this site outside of Canada. Even fake sites don't send such products. Look pictures below
