While we originally felt disappointed with the number of fittings we had to go in to get the fit right (four), I was pleased with the final results and the way the store handled our complaint. Thank you.
Working with Won as a groom was fantastic! From picking the suit style and colour, to fittings – he does everything really well. The Tux Store provides a great assortment of fabrics, styles, and options. They even ensured the groomsmen were fitted with the same shirts and accommodated several guys who were from out of town or had challenging schedules. But Won really went above and beyond when we requested a ridiculously sized collar for our large breed dog so that he could match the groomsmen.
