Do not trust thisplace. I gave my laptop for motherboard repair. They could not solve the issue and charged me 70 CAD. Also, when I gave my pc, keyboard light was working, now it is 100 percent death. Finally, My ram was sticked to the case with tape. All this process took a month. I do not recommend. After this I went to another local repairshop which charged zero dollars for diagnosis and succesfully repaired my motherboard.
My 4 year old laptop had developed a pretty serious hardware related issue, the factory solder was failing. After making a few inquiries about the issue with different outlets it was clear Paul at UHelpCo had a better understanding of the issue. Instead of having to replace some expensive components Paul was confident he would be able to repair the issue even though it would have been much easier for him to replace with new parts. This repair was performed successfully at a fraction of the quoted pricing I received elsewhere. Additionally Paul performed the service promptly and had my computer fixed within 24 hours. It's hard to compare the level of service you will receive from UHelpCo with having to go into a busy store and wait around for hours or mailing in your computer and waiting for a few weeks.
Paul was really quick in fixing my laptop's disk problem. He replaced it with a brand new and much faster disk as well! Laptop is working great and even faster now! Thanks so much! :D
