HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD! Not only are the cashier women at the front horribly rude, miserable and disorganized but the food is also horrible. Felt so sick from a california roll i ended up throwing the whole box out because it tasted rotten. I had asked if i could pay the difference to get a different roll in one of the boxes and they told me that was impossible. Very rude place, i know its in a convenient spot but save your time, money and sanity. VERY RUDE HUMANS HERE

I originally posted this review on the wrong branch of this chain and i apologise for that, but my review of this place will remain the same. Ordered ramen here, they forgot about my order then when it was done it sat on the window cell for 8 minutes while 15 people that ordered after me got their orders. The taste was very sub par and they did not apologize for the mistake or wait

Ordered Salmon Sashimi and they charged me by per piece ordered! Received frozen salmon sashimi instead! On a separate day, I ordered miso soup and after I paid and went out of the line, they told me that they don’t have any miso soup.. i had to wait in the line to get a refund... ended up not waiting.

Since the renovation they are disorganized. The cashier is distracted all the time, she first off set my order to \eat in\ when I specified \take out\ then when I get my order, they forgot to put in the meat so I had to go back. They fixed it pretty quick though and the taste wasn't bad either, seems like most of their warm food was precooked but I hope they start freshly cooking again soon like before. I'd give them a few days to get a system sorted out.
