My 3 year old son attended a week of Spring Break Yoga Camp at Uphoria Yoga and he absolutely loved it! He was so happy each day we picked him up from class and so excited to go back. The teachers are great and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend the kids yoga!

Amazing yoga studio. Extremely professional staff and very engaging yoga classes. I enrolled my toddler and she had a blast at every yoga session. Studio is in immaculate shape and a very clean, comfortable space to bring your babies and kids. Staff are so polite and friendly, we are so lucky to have found a great yoga community!
We loved everything! Tara and the Uphoria team created a beautiful atmosphere for my daughter's birthday party, even with all covid protocols, her (bubble) friends had a blast! Thank you!
My daughter attended two weeks of the children’s yoga camp this summer and loved it. She found the staff very kind and engaging and came back relaxed and happy! I would definitely recommend the camps!
I went for my first class last week and I loved the place! The whole studio has a very calm vibe, it is absolute beautiful and simple. The staff there is welcoming and genuinely friendly. I have tried other studios in Vancouver but they are too “overly cool” for my taste. The class was good, good flow and well explained. I totally recommend this place!
I was so excited when I heard about the opening of a family yoga studio in my neighbourhood. Uphoria has exceeded my expectations by far! Tara and Shayan are such friendly and caring people. The space is beautiful and they managed to find amazing instructors. I come here multiple times a week and they helped me to stay healthy and strong throughout my pregnancy. Because of the variety of the classes there is something for everyone of every age or stage of life! I’m looking forward to coming to classes with my little one !
I have been to several classes at Uphoria Yoga and am loving the experience. Their instructors create an amazing, open atmosphere for you to explore your body. They also set the mood with music and lighting. This is a top notch facility with great staff and run by a great local family. I would highly recommend the classes at Uphoria.
We went to the grand opening for family yoga with our 3 year old daughter. We weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised! It is a beautiful space run by very lovely people. During the class our daughter turned to me and said "I'm having so much fun!". We will definitely be back for family yoga again.
