Popped by to have my second bike checked because the gears were shifting on its own when I go uphill. Bob the head mechanic was very friendly and gave me an overview of what he thinks might need to be fixed so I left my bike with him and a couple of hours later, I came back to a brand a new bike! It was clean, the gears were replaced and working, a tire was changed, and things that I didn't know were lose have been tightened. He even adjusted my seat, and the ride was smooth, easy, and so much more better. I only regret not dropping by sooner.

Great tour with Shane. Really glad we did it. My kids loved it. We did this at the start of our holiday. We learned lots about the city and had lots of fun. Highly recommend!!

Great service from Shane and crew at Van City Bikes and Skis. I booked in for a tune up and it was a friendly and efficient service at an affordable price. I thought I needed new tubes, but didn’t, and *really* appreciated their honesty in not up-selling or doing unnecessary work. Bike is running super smoothly Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’ll be back!
