I visited this place for the second time with my girlfriend. Being able to book a session is a nightmare! after 2 minutes from the possibility of booking all seats are sold out. Two weeks ago we were allowed to use fins, masks, boots and leads safely for 1hr 45min in a tiny lane with 5 people in total, no problem! Back the second time the lane was double size compared to the previous time, after so much effort we managed to book a session of only 45 min. 5 people maximum for a double lane. Well you will say better than the previous time! And instead there were problems with 2 of the lifeguards to the point that I preferred to get out of the water and wait for my girlfriend to finish the session. They were telling me to stop doing what i was doing (swimming underwater without bothering other swimmers) every 5 minutes. Apparently you can't swim under water in your own lane. Really bad place to have fun, especially if you paid for that. I understand the restrictions but creating problems on how one goes back and forward in one's reserved lane seems excessive to me. Never coming back .

This place is right by Sunset Beach. You can swim, take swimming lessons for a very good price, ideal for low income families. There is a separate area for smaller children as well. The hot tub is great, not too big, but very nice, regardless. Pay parking only. Right after swimming, you can continue your day with a bike ride or a little walk on the beach. Bus stop is right in front of this facility.

Despite covid, continues to maintain an excellent level of service. I have gone lane swimming a couple times in the past week and have had no issues. Pre-booking online required - with registration opening 3 days before the desired day. Drop-in for empty spots is possible, but far from certain as most time slots are sold out.

Been trying to get through on the phone for TWO (2) weeks... No one answers. City employees, gotta love it! How much do they make an hour?
