I called to inquire about having a new fireplace installed and was met with the employee complaining about how busy they have been this winter.... I wonder what the owner would think about this? If the customer service is this bad, i wonder how bad their workmanship is? zero confidence and taking my business elsewhere.

Samantha was great to review possible options to fit in two locations when we upgrade with replacement gas fireplaces. Jack and John were pleasant, professional and responsive to perform installations and framing modifications with the new units. Both units look great are way more efficient and the process was made easy over the required multiple visits.

I would not recommend this place, I had to call in advance to book an appointment and no one returned my call. I visited the location and the lady was not friendly or helpful and refused to accommodate me.
