I came to them after learning that they won Vancouver’s 2021 Consumer Choice Awards in wood flooring, and I can say now: there’s a reason why they’re top in the Lower Mainland. They offer professional installation, great prices, high quality materials, and also have very friendly service. In the store, Lam was very helpful when helping me to identify exactly what we needed, and he even gave us recommendations on which colour choice would work best for our home’s style. We have a lot of wood in our home so it was not easy to know which colour would work best and complement, not clash. The team was quickly scheduled and they changed most of our home to flooring in three days. This local business is made up of a professional, yet down-to-earth sales and installation teams who work hard and pay attention to detail. We are so happy with our floors and feel that our home suddenly got a huge upgrade. I have already recommended them to family who are also planning on changing carpet to flooring.

I was looking to replace the carpet in my condo with a hard floor. I visited the store to see the samples in person. Lam was very helpful with my questions and I was able to take home some samples just to see how well they worked. Leon came over to take some measurements and Lam gave me a quote the next day. The price was very competitive to other quotes I had received so we quickly scheduled a date for installation. Leon's installers wore masks and were quick and professional, they moved all the furniture around and placed plastic over for protection from dust. Everything was done in only two days and they went over some areas I should watch out for and how to best maintain the floors to make them last. Lam and I communicated over email for the quotes and payments and he responds really quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
My mom recently had her carpets replaced with laminate flooring. The owner and team members are all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The experience was positive from start to finish. Leon came and took measurements of the home and Ben, the sales manager, e-mailed me a detailed quote that had line items showing the various charges for material vs labour. Mom and I went in to the shop and met Rocky, the owner. He showed us the underlay and floor mouldings that would be used along with a huge selection of laminate flooring. He gave mom a great price on the project. The installation team (Leon, Ken, and Stone) were punctual, respectful, courteous, professional, experienced, and amazingly skilled. My mom's home has a spiral staircase and curved platforms beside the stairs that required a great deal of technical work). Mom and I are super happy with our beautiful new flooring. Excellent service. I had my carpet replaced with laminate. They were very helpful in the store to help me pick the laminate that I wanted and the installation service was excellent. They were on time, fast and very professional. I would definitely use them again!!
