I had lost my ankle ladder strap on my K2 snowboard binding. Vancouver Ski & Board Services found a replacement strap and mounted it on while I wait. In and out in like 20 mins!! Wow just wow!!! Saved me from ordering one online and waiting for shipping!! Seriously people come here for ski and snowboard service!!!

I brought in a snowboard that had a pretty serious rock strike that had pushed the edging diagonally up and embedded itself into the wood core. They were able to repair the damage so well that I couldn’t find the spot now if my life depended on it.
Fantastic service at an extremely reasonable price. This is one of the hidden gems of ski service in Vancouver. The convenience of being able to leave my skis here over the summer, then pick them up tuned and ready to go really can't be overstated. Top notch.
Brought my board in to have it repaired. Yes, it was badly damaged (possibly a write off) and I wasn't expecting much however, the employee refused to work on it as he claimed "They could not guarantee their work and it wouldn't be worth the money I'd pay". At no time did he say he couldn't fix it. He just didn't want to or have the time. All fair and fine that they couldn't guarantee their work and I did say twice that I was not interested in a warranty or a guarantee, but I would have paid! This is poor business attitude and a result of personal pride, business complacency (prestige) getting in the way of making money and potentially satisfying a customer with nothing to lose. I likely would not have given this review but felt I must after a quick conversation with another specialist who felt confident the work could be done. I suspect if you want a simple base repair or servicing, sure....maybe they do offer a good tuning service, but their sign does say tuning & REPAIR. Hard to take a business seriously when they refuse a challenge to make a repair and a sale. Very surprising, being the notable establishment they claim to still be after 48 years in the business.
Extremely knowledgeable staff! They don’t hold back from providing you with a genuine response to your needs. Very attentive staff. I’m short so some of the selection in equipment was limited.
These guys are absolutely fantastic, of you take your board in for a post season tube up they will also store it for you until the beginning of the following season!
Awesome service. They fixed my skis with a bent edge to an acceptable condition, when no other store in town could. The tuning class is also great. I wish they weren't so far from where I live or the main ski shop areas.
Unfortunately MEC sent my Msr snow shoes to be repaired at this location. And they used the totally wrong rivits and it fell apart. I went into the store and was told they don’t have the right tools or equipment for this type of snow shoe. But some how they did a Mickey Mouse repair, charged MEC and sent it back. Knowing that the repair was wrong, defective and would fall apart. But still did it any how shame
